Through a series of articles edited by some of the UK’s leading glaucoma experts – we explore future trends and key enablers for better care including:

- Innovative treatments, from medications to management
- Sustainable service delivery, improving diagnosis and stratification
- Health equity and access, ensuring those most at risk are able to access help
- Patient engagement and education, supporting patients to make informed decisions about their condition

A clear look at a better future for glaucoma care. Glaucoma is one of the most common causes of vision loss and blindness. More than 3% of people over 40 have glaucoma, and perhaps 10% of over-75s.
